We are pleased to announce the release of the new-generation full-face helmet KAMUI-5, a model that completely redefines the standard of comfort with significant evolution in both design and utility.
In this new model, the positioning and shape of the ventilation system have been redesigned from the previous generation to optimize the overall airflow throughout the helmet.
The chin ventilation features a two-stage structure that allows riders to adjust the airflow depending on the riding situation. When fully open, it provides direct air intake to the mouth area as well as airflow to prevent shield fogging. In the half-open position, it focuses on effective fog prevention only.
The top and rear ventilations work in coordination to efficiently release internal heat, creating an unprecedented level of air circulation and cooling performance.
The interior padding has also been completely renewed, providing a natural fit that gently wraps around the head. By redesigning the shape and thickness of the cheek pads and other components, the helmet achieves a deeper, more stable fit that reduces vibration and wind pressure, maintaining comfort even during long rides.
The rider's field of vision has been further expanded for improved safety. The newly designed, wider shield opening and larger inner sunshade with two-step height adjustment deliver a more open and relaxed riding experience, making it easier to maintain awareness of the surroundings. The new dual-axis shield ratchet and locking mechanism reduce distortion while improving sealing and quietness, ensuring a clearer and more stable view.
Every detail has been refined for usability and comfort, achieving remarkable improvements in cooling performance, fit, and visibility.
